Cookie Policy — Colytics AI
ATTROCK Consultancy Private Limited 33/34 Mansarwar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India — 302020 help@colytics.ai
What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device — your computer, phone, or tablet — when you visit. They let the site remember things about your visit: that you're signed in, what language you prefer, what's in your cart, and so on. Cookies are standard across the web and have been for decades.
Alongside cookies, we use similar technologies — pixels, web beacons, and scripts — that serve the same purpose: they help us understand how visitors interact with Colytics AI and let us deliver a better experience. Some cookies are "session" cookies, which disappear when you close your browser. Others are "persistent" and remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. We also distinguish between first-party cookies (set by us) and third-party cookies (set by services we integrate with). You'll find both on Colytics AI.
How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for four broad purposes: to keep the platform secure and functioning; to understand how people use Colytics AI so we can improve it; to deliver relevant marketing communications; and to remember your preferences so you don't have to reset them each visit.
Where cookies are not strictly necessary for the platform to work, we ask for your consent before placing them. This is required by the ePrivacy Directive in the EU/EEA and UK, by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in India, and is consistent with best practice globally. We collect this consent through a banner that appears when you first visit our site. You can accept or decline each category individually — except Strictly Necessary cookies, which you can't turn off without breaking the platform.
Cookie Categories
Strictly Necessary
These cookies are essential for Colytics AI to operate securely and correctly. They handle authentication, session management, fraud prevention, and protection against malicious traffic. Because they are necessary for the service to function, they do not require your consent under the ePrivacy Directive.
Cloudflare provides our security and content delivery infrastructure. Its cookies distinguish human visitors from bots, manage rate-limiting rules, and maintain trust states after security challenges. If you're using our payment features, Stripe sets fraud prevention cookies to protect transactions — these are also treated as strictly necessary while you're in a payment flow.
You can still block these cookies through your browser settings, but parts of Colytics AI will stop working.
Performance and Analytics
These cookies help us understand how visitors use Colytics AI — which pages are popular, where people drop off, how they navigate between features. The data is aggregated and used to improve the platform. We only place these cookies if you consent to the Analytics category.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this purpose. Google Analytics gives us aggregated traffic data: page views, session duration, referral sources, and approximate geographic location (city or region level — we don't track precise locations). Microsoft Clarity provides session recordings, heatmaps, and click data that help us identify UX issues. Both services process data under their own privacy policies and are independent controllers of the information they collect.
Marketing and Targeting
These cookies track your activity across Colytics AI and, in some cases, across other sites, to deliver marketing that is relevant to you. They also help us measure whether our campaigns are effective. We only place these cookies if you consent to the Marketing category.
We use Mailchimp (for email campaign attribution and subscription management), HubSpot (for visitor tracking, lead generation, chat functionality, and marketing automation), and ActiveCampaign (for site tracking and email campaign attribution). Each of these services sets its own cookies to recognise your browser and correlate your activity with email engagement and campaign performance.
Functional
These cookies remember choices you make — your language preference, your dashboard layout, your theme settings — so the platform feels personalised. They also support integrations with third-party tools you choose to connect.
We use Trello (via Atlassian) to support our project management integration. If you connect your Trello account to Colytics AI, Trello will set cookies to maintain that connection and authentication state. We also set our own functional cookies to remember your preferences across sessions. These cookies are placed only with your consent.
Third-Party Services
The following services set cookies or use similar tracking technologies when you use Colytics AI. Each is an independent data controller of the information it collects. We encourage you to review their privacy policies if you want more detail on how they handle your data.

|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Traffic analytics and usage reporting | policies.google.com/privacy |

Several of these providers process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the EU, UK, or EEA, appropriate safeguards are in place — including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for enrolled providers such as Google and Microsoft) and Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Managing Your Cookie Preferences
Through Our Consent Banner
When you first visit Colytics AI, you'll see a consent banner that lets you choose which cookie categories you're comfortable with. You can accept all, reject non-essential categories, or toggle each category individually. You can reopen the banner at any time by clicking "Cookie Settings" in the footer of any page and change your mind.
Through Your Browser
Every major browser lets you control cookies. You can block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, delete existing cookies, or set your browser to notify you when a site tries to place one. Bear in mind that blocking cookies — especially Strictly Necessary ones — will affect how Colytics AI works.
Here are links to cookie management instructions for common browsers:
Global Privacy Control
We recognise the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out preference under the CCPA/CPRA. If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we will honour it as a request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. See the section below for more on your California rights.
Google Consent Mode
We use Google's Consent Mode to communicate your cookie preferences directly to Google's services. Here's what that means in practice: if you decline analytics cookies, Google Analytics will still give us aggregated, modelled insights about traffic patterns — but it won't place tracking cookies on your device or identify you individually. If you decline marketing cookies, no advertising-related data will be sent to Google. Your choices from our consent banner are respected at the tag level, not just on the surface. This ensures our use of Google services remains compliant with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR while still letting us maintain a baseline understanding of platform usage when you opt out of tracking.
California Residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Colytics AI does not sell personal information to third parties for money. However, some of the cookies placed by our analytics and marketing partners — specifically Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and ActiveCampaign — may constitute "sharing" under the CCPA because these providers collect identifiers and online activity data that can be used to build profiles and serve targeted ads across other websites.
If you are a California resident and want to opt out, you can:
- Click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" on our consent banner or in the footer of any page; or
- Toggle off the Marketing/Targeting and Performance/Analytics cookie categories; or
- Enable the Global Privacy Control signal in your browser; or
- Email us at help@colytics.ai with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out."
We don't require identity verification for opt-out requests related to sharing. We process these requests promptly and honour them for twelve months before we may ask you to confirm your preference again, as the CPRA requires.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new analytics tool, change how we use an existing service, or need to reflect a change in law. If the changes are material, we'll update the effective date and may re-display the consent banner to collect fresh consent where required. Minor clarifications won't trigger a new consent request. We encourage you to check this page occasionally.
